Eichner Realty is owned and operated solely by me — Adam Eichner. I was born in Detroit Michigan, grew up in nearby Southfield, Michigan, and moved to Ann Arbor in 1996. After completing law school at the university of Detroit, I ran a general practice law firm for five years. Looking for greater job satisfaction, I was recruited to come work as a real estate agent for Edward Surovell realtors in 2003. In 2011 I decided to open my own brokerage – Eichner Realty.
I combine my diplomatic disposition along with sharp negotiation and communication skills, which help me facilitate successful outcomes for my buyer and seller clients. I rely on my knowledge of the local real estate market, along with the skill of understanding the mindset of the parties on the other side of the transaction. This allows me to give my clients a good “big picture” of how we need to get the deal done. I promise, at all times, to provide my clients with honest, data-driven real estate advice. My goal isn’t to make a quick sale, but by giving patient, honest guidance, to build long term clients who will be comfortable recommending me to others.
Outside of my work, I live with my wife Rachel just outside the city of Ann Arbor. I am (in no particular order) a father of two grown sons, avid gardner, coffee addict, below average judoka, eternal Tigers Fan, HUGE supporter of the arts, longtime chicken farmer, information hound, decent cook.
Oh- I also love being a love matchmaker. And as an ordained minister in the the Church of Dudeism, I am closing in on double digits in marriage ceremonies officiated.
Also a notary. No charge on notarization. Gimme a call or contact me via email below. I love helping people!
